Born in 1964.
Mr Frolov has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2005 and was elected EVRAZ's CEO effective 18 January 2007. He joined EvrazMetall, a predecessor of EVRAZ Group, in 1994, and subsequently held various positions at EvrazMetall and EVRAZ. Mr. Frolov served as EVRAZ's Chief Financial Officer from 2002 through 2004 and as Senior Executive Vice President from 2004 through April 2006, responsible for strategy and business development, finance, corporate affairs and communications, business processes, human resources, legal affairs and information technology. From May 2006 until December 2008, Mr. Frolov served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining EVRAZ, Mr. Frolov worked as a research fellow at the I.V. Kurchatov Institute of Atomic Energy.

A director of OAO Raspadskaya and ZAO Raspadskaya Coal Company, ZAO Yuzhkuzbassugol Coal Company and OAO OUK Yuzhkuzbassugol, ZAO Kazankovskaya Coal Company, EVRAZ Vitkovice Steel, EVRAZ Inc. NA and EVRAZ Highveld Steel and Vanadium.

Mr. Frolov graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with a first-class honours degree in 1987, and received a Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics in 1991 from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Mr Tatyanin was appointed Senior Vice President and Head of International Business in July 2009. His responsibilities include the financial performance of EVRAZ’s steel and mining operations in North America, Europe and Africa together with the global vanadium business. He is also responsible, in an international context, for trading in steel and other commodities, strategic development and M&A transactions.

Mr Tatyanin joined EVRAZ in April 2001 and, between 2002 and 2004, held the posts of Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Director for Corporate Finance. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2009.

Before joining EVRAZ, Mr Tatyanin held various positions in the financial sector. He was Vice President of Adamant Financial Corporation, responsible for M&A transactions and asset restructuring, between 1999 and 2001 and, during the period 1997 to 1999, was Vice President of United Financial Group, Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking division.

Mr Tatyanin graduated with honours from Moscow State University in 1995 with a degree in Accounting and Economics and studied Economics in Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany. He received a Master’s degree with honours in International Business from Moscow State University in 1997.

Mr Kachur joined EVRAZ in 1993 and, as Vice President for Business Support and Interregional Relations, is responsible for safety and security issues within the Group.

Prior to his appointment as Head of Business Support and Interregional Relations in 2000, Mr Kachur held various positions within the Group. From 1995 to 2000 he was Chief Executive of security enterprise, Interlock, and was responsible for security matters within EVRAZ. Between 1993 and 1995 he was Deputy Chief Executive, with responsibility for general issues, at EvrazMetall, a predecessor of EVRAZ.

Prior to joining EVRAZ, Mr Kachur was involved in production and process management at the Russian Automobile Plant ZIL.

Mr Kachur graduated from Moscow State Industrial University in 1984 with a degree in Engineering.

Mr. Atnashev joined EVRAZ in 2011. Prior to this appointment he served as a Director of Major Projects at JSC Gazprom Neft. Before than he spent 10 years at TNK Group (TNK BP since 2003), where he held a number of positions including Director and Vice President of Major Projects and Engineering at TNK BP; Executive Director of the Performance Unit Kamennoe; Deputy Director General, Finance at JSC "Udmurtneft"; and Head of Logistics Support Division at JSC TNK.

Mr. Atnashev graduated from the Moscow State University of Management, where he later earned a PhD in Economics. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD business school (France), and additionally graduated from Projects Academy at MIT, Boston, USA.

Mr Baizini is responsible for finance, treasury, controlling, reporting, IR, taxation, insurance, legal matters and IT. Before taking over as CFO in July 2009 he was responsible for business development in Asia-Pacific, sales and operations planning and coordinating aspects of international integration.

Between 1998 and 2005, Mr Baizini was a consultant with McKinsey's Milan and Tokyo offices where his principal focus was on electric utilities. He also co-led the successful development of McKinsey’s IT consulting arm in Japan.

From 1994 to 1998 Mr Baizini was a consultant with JMAC, Japanese consulting firm, where he specialised in cost reduction and operational efficiency programmes in relation to both manufacturing and service industries.

Mr Baizini holds a degree in Physics from Oxford University.

Mr. Scott Baus was appointed as Vice President, Evraz Business System in 2011. Before his appointment Scott worked at Evraz as Project Director from 2010.

Before joining Evraz Mr. Scott Baus was Vice-president of Business Development with Simpler Consulting, Inc. (2002-2010), where he implemented projects for Singapore Ministry of Health, Joint Aviation Construction Corporation in Russia, Sberbank of Russia, Ministry of Defense in UK and the Department of Defense in the United States. Scott has also worked with many fortune 500 companies in developing company strategies and forming teams to transform the business.

From 1984-2002 Mr. Scott Baus occupied many different positions within the Boeing Company; Including General Manager over all Maintenance and Modification, Head of Production in Fabrication Division and Head of Production Control over a regional division.

Scott Baus graduated from Butler University in 1982 with a degree in engineering, after he graduated from Wichita State University in1986 with bachelor degree in business management. He has a diploma in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 1997, from the University of Tennessee and finished post-graduate studies at Wichita State University in 2000.

Mr. Botvinovskiy joined EVRAZ in 2001. Prior to his appointment as Vice President of Raw Materials Sales Mr. Botvinovskiy held position of Vice President of Vanadium Assets and earlier of CEO at East Metals AG (2009-2011). He was General Director of Trading Company EvrazHolding between 2006-2008, Senior Sales Manager in East Metals between 2003-2005 and formerly Head of Planning in Commercial Division of Evraz NTMK (2001-2003).

Before joining EVRAZ, Mr. Botvinovskiy held position of Vice Director, Sales & Procurement in JSC The trading company for Construction industry.

Mr. Botvinovskiy graduated from the Russian Academy of Economics named after Plekhanov, Moscow in 2000. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance & Economics.

Ms Ionova joined EVRAZ in 2006 as Vice President for Human Resources and is responsible for all issues related to human resources within the Group.

Prior to joining EVRAZ, Ms Ionova served as Head of Human Resources at NDK Merkury where her responsibilities included analysis of the holding company’s personnel structure and the implementation of more effective work systems (2003-2006). Ms Ionova previously held the positions of Deputy Head of Human Resources (1999-2003) and Manager for Human Resources (1997-1999) at NDK Merkury. Between 1995 and 1997 Ms Ionova served as Manager for Human Resources at Russian Gold.

Ms Ionova was voted Russia’s Best Human Resources Director at the Aristos Awards 2009.

Ms Ionova graduated from the Management Faculty of the Russian State University of Physical Training, Sports and Tourism in 1987 and holds a Ph.D. in Psychology.

Mr Ivanov joined EVRAZ in 2002. Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Head of the Steel Division in May 2011 and Head of the Siberia Division in May 2009, he served as Senior Deputy CFO responsible for supervising Controlling and Treasury functions (2008-2009) and was Director of Controlling through 2002-2009.

Between 1998 and 2002 Mr Ivanov held various positions in Liggett-Ducat where his responsibilities included production, controlling and logistics. He was formerly Head of the Credit Department at Inkombank (1997-1998).

Mr Ivanov graduated from INSEAD in 2002. He holds a degree in Finance from the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 2004. In 2008 Mr Ivanov received a diploma in Human Resources from the Australian Professional Association.

Mr. Kuzmin joined EVRAZ as Vice President for Corporate Communications in February 2011.

Mr. Kuzmin holds more than 10 years’ experience in corporate communications. Before joining EVRAZ from 2008 to 2010 Mr. Kuzmin was Director for Corporate affairs at steel pipes and railroad wheels company Interpipe. From 2006 to 2008 was Head of Communications and External Relations Department of vertically integrated construction holding EUROCEMENT group and held management positions in the communications agency SPN Ogilvy Public Relations.

Graduated from Petrozavodsk State University with a degree in Political Science in 2001, holds Executive MBA from the Moscow International Higher Business School “Mirbis” from 2010. Holds degree in Political Science and Public Relations from Central European University, degree in Sustainable Development from Baltic University (Finland), degree in Public Relations and Advertisement from Umea State University (Sweden).

Mr Kuznetsov joined EVRAZ in 2002 and was appointed Vice President for Strategic Development and Operational Planning in July 2009 with responsibilities for strategic development, sales and operational planning, M&A transactions and financial valuation of business and investment projects.

Prior to this Мr Kuznetsov held various positions within the Company and served as Director for Strategic Planning and Investment Analysis between 2008-2009. He was formerly Head of the Financial Analysis and Valuation Department with responsibilities for financial analysis, valuation of investment projects and M&A transactions (2006-2008). During the years 2002-2006 Mr Kuznetsov was Manager of the Capital Markets and International Investments Department and was involved in all of the Company’s M&A transactions.

Mr Kuznetsov graduated with honours from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 2001 with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics. He also received a Master’s degree in Economics from the New Economic School in 2002.

Mr Natrusov joined the Company in May 2011 as Vice President of Information Technologies.
Prior to joining EVRAZ, Mr Natrusov held management positions on Information Technologies in Eldorado from 2008 to 2011, ROSNO from 2006 to 2008, Nestle Russia from 1998 to 2006.
Mr Natrusov has a more than 16-years’ experience in information technologies including operational management and management of complex projects SAP and Oracle Applications.

Graduated with honours from Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology in 1994 and received an MBA degree from University of Southern California in 1998.

Mr. Pavlov joined EVRAZ in 1996. Prior to his appointment as Vice President for Procurement in January 2011, Mr Pavlov held various positions within the Group. From 2000 to 2002 he was Head of the Financial Department of OOO EvrazHolding, in 2002-2003 – Head of the Accounts Department. In 2003-2005 he held various positions within EVRAZ’s treasury (2005 - Head of the Treasury). From 2008 to 2011 Mr. Pavlov served as Director for Procurement.

Before joining EVRAZ Mr. Pavlov held various positions in National Research Institute for Physicotechnical and Radio Engineering Measurements, starting his career as engineer and later on becoming Senior Staff Scientist.

Mr. Pavlov graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1985. He holds a degree in Economics, Finances and Credit (Financial Management) from Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation and an MBA degree from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Mr Shirokobrod was appointed Vice President and head of the Railway Products Division in April 2012. In 2011-2012 he served as Vice President for Sales. Mr Shirokobrod had been Managing Director of OOO Trading Company EvrazHolding from 2010 to 2012.

Prior to joining EVRAZ, between 2005 and 2010 Mr Shirokobrod held various management positions in Centravis Limited (the largest CIS and the fifth world producer of seamless stainless pipes) with responsibility for worldwide sales, strategy and business development. In 1999-2005 he served as Commercial Director (Russia and Central Asia) and Chief Executive of Alcoa CSI. Mr Shirokobrod also held various commercial positions in Melitta Russland and Tetra Pak.

Mr Shirokobrod graduated with honours from Saint-Petersburg State Technical University in 1995 with a degree in engineering physics and holds a Master of Sciences (Engineering) degree. He received an Executive MBA from Stockholm School of Economics in 2005.

Mr Shuble joined EVRAZ in May 2011 as Director, Safety – Flat Products Group, EVRAZ North America. In June 2012 he was promoted to Vice President, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) for EVRAZ North America and in January 2013 he became Vice President of HSE at EVRAZ.

Before joining EVRAZ Mr Shuble was a Department Manager Health and Safety at ArcelorMittal Steel Indiana Harbor in the US. Prior to ArcelorMittal Michael spent over 15 years with U.S. Steel where his experience included a three‐year international assignment in Serbia and Slovakia as a Health and Safety Director at their production facilities there.

Mr Shuble holds a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Mr Stepanov joined EVRAZ in November 2012. Prior to his appointment as the Head of the Coal Division Mr Stepanov worked as the COO of Nordgold (previously part of “Severstal”, before Nordgold separated into an independent company), where he was responsible for the operating activities of gold mining enterprises in Russia, Kazahstan, Guinea and Burkina Faso.

Prior to holding his position at Nordgold, Mr. Stepanov worked as the COO of “Vorkutaugol”, and held senior positions in “Severstal-resource” and SUAL-holding. Mr Stepanov has an experience of working in Ukraine at the position of the director of coal’s mining and treatment in DTEK. From 2003-2005 he worked as a consultant in the Boston Consulting Group.

Mr Stepanov graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University with a Master’s diploma with honors in Finance, and a Bachelor’s diploma with honors in Economics.

Mr Yanbukhtin, who was appointed Vice President, Business Development, International Business in October 2009, joined EVRAZ in 2002. Between 2002 and 2005 he served as Head of Capital Markets at EvrazHolding. Mr Yanbukhtin was appointed Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance in 2005, and Vice President for Strategy and Business Development in 2007. During these years Mr Yanbukhtin was actively involved in various corporate finance transactions including the Company’s IPO, Eurobond issues and global M&A activity.

Before joining EVRAZ Mr Yanbukhtin was Director for Business Development at Yandex (2000-2002) and prior to this he held various positions in Corporate Finance at Pioneer Investments, Salomon Brothers and Alfa Bank.

Mr Yanbukhtin graduated from the Moscow State University in 1986 with a degree in Economics. In 1994 he received a Master's degree in International and Development Economics from Yale University.

Ms Elena Zhavoronkova joined the Company in June 2010 as Vice President for Legal Affairs.

Ms Zhavoronkova commenced her career as a legal advisor in 2000 when she joined TMK, a Russian pipe manufacturer, later on becoming Head of its Legal Department. Ms Zhavoronkova worked in United Industrial Corporation (OPK), a diversified holding company, as Head of Legal Department in 2008, the post she held prior to her appointment at EVRAZ.

Ms Zhavoronkova graduated from Moscow State Law Academy with a degree in Legal Affairs.
